Cancellation Policy:
We ask for 24 hour advance notice to any canceled and rescheduled appointments. For any appointment canceled or rescheduled within a 24 hour period may be subject to a 50% service charge. We understand life happens and we appreciate as much heads up as possible to fill the appointment slot. This policy is to protect your stylist's time and help maintain accurate availability.
